Wild Strawberry Lemonade and Blue Sky Black Cherry Soda make up the specialty non-alcoholic options. And though the stellar selection of beverages is definitely the focus of BaseLine Tap House, there is also a small food menu to go along with whatever drink — or drinks! Because Disney World is awesome, they always offer a story to go with everything from attractions, to shops, and yes, even lounges! Baseline is themed to be a “mom and pop” corner print house (paying homage to the Figueroa Printing Company) that once partnered with Disney Studios. It’s easy to feel the comfortable atmosphere in this space that makes you want to pull out a pad of paper (or your phone these days) to let your mind transcribe new ideas. Among Walt Disney World fans in the know, BaseLine Tap House scores big points for its beers on tap.

Both were about $5, so it's definitely a good way to save money if you don't want to spend $10 on a drink. You can withdraw your consent for these messages at any time. And the goat cheese is creamy and salty, with a pumpkin and cranberry crust that adds a terrific sweetness — almost resembling a dessert cheese.

Craft Beer on Tap
There is a little bit of indoor seating, but there is much more room outside where you can take some time to relax and enjoy the laid back scene. Our plant-based menu items are made without animal meat, dairy, eggs and honey. A TON of new eats are coming to the Disney parks for Asian American Pacific... The Spiced Almonds are somewhat atypical than the cinnamon-glazed style you’ll usually find around the parks, as they are both sweet and spicy. Speaking of citrus, the Ace Space Bloody Orange Hard Cider is especially delicious, with more of the orange flavor coming through the more you drink it.
The pretzel with the beer cheese was my favorite.
The pretzel was like any Disney pretzel out there but the beer-cheese fondue that came with it was tasty! The cheese plate would likely be our next option over the pretzel or almonds next time around. It is a Baseline “Tap” House so, let’s get to the drinks you’ve been wanting to know about!
For those who prefer nonalcoholic beverages, there are two fun options.
At just $10, this is one of the best values in Walt Disney World. My advice is simple on this one, if you’re going to BaseLine Tap House then get this. The Bavarian Pretzel is served with spicy mustard and a beer cheese fondue.
Outside the pub, more floor markers show guests where to line up if the restaurant has reached capacity. Outdoor seating is still available but limited, with blocked-off tables to ensure social distancing is adhered to. Although the pretzel was almost $10, it came with a generous amount of beer-cheese fondue and spicy mustard, which made up for it. I wouldn't say the bar is suitable for dinner since the menu is limited.

Here’s a look at all of the food on the menu at BaseLine Tap House.
Quick Service or Table Service?
Guests will go up to the counter, make an order and then look for a table. The seating at BaseLine Tap House is mostly outside, with very limited space inside especially during a pandemic. Fortunately, much of the outside is shaded with umbrellas and trees. There isn’t much of a theme to speak of but it’s a nice place to sit assuming the heat isn’t suffocating. Lounges and bars have long been hidden gems in Walt Disney World when it comes to food. In fact, one of the best dining locations in Hollywood Studios is the excellent Brown Derby Lounge.
The Little Disney World Hack That CHANGES the Way We Do Hollywood Studios
The creamy horseradish sauce added more of a punch than anything, and the delicious, semi-sweet pastry puff brought everything together perfectly. Think of this as a really messy, really delicious “artisanal” open-faced steak sandwich and you’ll have the right idea. Baseline Tap House has indoor and outdoor terrace seating, and this is what ultimately turned things around for me with regard to BaseLine Tap House.
Again, not to say you should pass it up, but to say it’s worth checking out only if you are in the Grand Avenue area. Don’t come to Baseline Tap House hungry, as you’ll end up leaving hungry or full-on drinks! They do offer three snacks/small plates including a Bavarian Pretzel with beer-cheese fondue and spicy mustard, a California Cheese and Characuterie Plate, and Spiced Almonds.
First up is the Coffee-rubbed Rib-eye Steak Puff with Olive Salad. If we are considering BaseLine Tap House to be a counter service restaurant, this is the best counter service entree in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. As we enter the establishment, a hand sanitizer dispenser is available for guests to use. On the ground, new floor markers have been set in place to show guests where to wait as they queue. BaseLine isn’t the largest venue, so mindful social distancing is a must.
It’s those cheeses that really make the plate, starting with the strong and potent Blue, which also has a great texture. By the way, you can grab the Cider option as part of your flight, too. Finally, the Bavarian Pretzel with Beer-Cheese Fondue and Spicy Mustard. This is up there with the pretzel in Germany as Walt Disney World’s best. My first choice (in a landslide) would be the Steak Puff, and the second two items would be roughly a tie, depending upon my mood.
The inside seating has been dramatically reduced in this tap house, as the window bar area has been marked as unavailable, most likely due to its close proximity to the queue. This “cheery corner pub” looks particularly popular today, with many guests sitting outside under the big red parasols. I wasn't too surprised by the bill, if anything, I was actually pretty happy that the pretzel and the charcuterie board only came out to $27 (with the tip).
Served with Beer-Cheese Fondue and Spicy Mustard, the pretzel was fresh and large. While this is certainly better than the typical Mickey Pretzel, it’s also a couple of dollars more and I don’t know if it’s that much better. As for food, we tried the California Cheese and Charcuterie Plate. This consisted of Toma Farmstead Cheese, Point Reyes Original Blue Cheese, Laura Chenel’s Sonoma Goat Cheese, Chorizo and Calabrese Salami, Cornichons, Grapes and Toasted Baguettes. I especially liked the Chorizo and Toma Farmstead Cheese while Melissa was partial to the Goat Cheese. This is perfect to share and we cleared the plate pretty easily, enjoying everything.
